Enjoyable Monday!

This morning I got up and made breakfast for the teens in the area who are attending early morning seminary. I thought it would be hard.. Ok it was kind of hard to get up but it always is awarding to do things for others so it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be! ..then I came home and watched a movie.. then I cooked some lunch.. (ovenbaked root-vegetables with an egg, bacon and some avocado).. When I was doing the dishes after lunch the mail came and for once there was something for me - and something FUN for me! ..it was a letter from one of my many friends serving a mission now! ..So I read it and then continued with the dishes, then I went to my baby-sitting job. An on my way over there I replied to the letter so now I just have to mail it!

The kids were absolutely adorable today! When I came to pick them up at day-care, bright smiles covered their faces and they lunged themselves at me and gave me wonderful hugs, I absolutely loved it! ..and then I came home to have Family Home Evening. We read a little bit from the "Preach my gospel" and did a "Gospel Bingo" which Mom used yesterday, in primary, it turned out it was WAY easy for us! ..so I guess things actually do stick to my memory, who'd have thought?! ;)

After the FHE I felt like doing some workout, but it was too late to go to the gym.. (it takes me about 30 minutes to get there too!.. I only go there the same days as I work at the salon, cause it's right on my way between the train station and work! so since I didn't have time to go to the gym and since it's way too cold to go for a jog I decided to do some work-out at home in my room! This is today's work-out:

The program x 3:

3min "Jumping Jack"
30sec "Reverse Crunch"
30sec "Leg Raises"
30sec "Fast Crunches"
30sec "Lunges"
30sec "Wide Grip Push Up"
30sec "Reverse Lunges"
30sec "Close Grip Push Up"

It was actually a lot more effective than I thought it would be, I'm exhausted!

Good job! That is one nice work-out! Never underestimate exercising just with your own body weight (just like you did today ;)
