Week 3

Tere tere!!! Ma olen väga väsinud!! Ma armastan MTC, aga see on väga raske! (I'm very tired! I love MTC, but it is very difficult!) - at least the language! I've already been here 1/4 of my stay and the time is flying by!! yesterday I met an elder from the UK who will be serving in Sweden! He will be leaving the MTC around the same time as me! I'm excited to see the progress he and the rest in his group will make!   Yesterday we had the regular Tuesday devotional and Elder L Tom Perry and his wife came to speak to us! He is a very special man! he has a strong spirit and a firm testimony of the book of mormon and the priesthood! Me and a sister from my district (who is going to Finland on her mission) were in the choir! it was kind of fun! ..we only had choir practise twice and on both occasions the choir director spent more time talking then practising the song.. but according to what I heard from some people around me it should've been the other way around! ;) A few days ago we left our old classroom and moved to another building. I'm not convinced about this new room.. the room is smaller, the desks are smaller ( and the desks we had were tiny!!) ..but at least we have the whole district together again! (the finns moved last week)   Our classroom is in one little corner of the building and right by us are also the lithuanians and the latvians.. so the Baltic Mission is UNITED! :) there is 1 latvian-speaking sister, 1 latvian-speaking elder and 1 lithuanian-speaking elder..  so the 6 of us will go to the baltics at the same time! plus a few russian speaking missionaries too.. (I think!) ..I know of two sisters going to the Baltic Mission, russian-speaking! I love beeing at the MTC and meeting all of these wonderful people from all over the world and that are going all over the world! The gospel is amazing, it brings us all together! Ma armastan teie!! /Õde Peterson
