Tere tere!!

Busy week as usual! But `ve had quite a few cool experiences! Received a referral that we contacted and met up with - turned out to be our neighbor that lives right under us! :P She´s not very interested in hearing more but it was a funny experience! :P

We met with Merike last Friday! We went through the Baptismal interview questions. just to see where she´s at and see how we can help her and strengthen her! Two things seemed to be the biggest obstacles for now; a lack of a testimony about Joseph Smith and that she doesn´t feel ready to get baptized. BUT I still feel like she made a huge progress as she said that she believes that God is her Heavenly Father and that Jesus Christ is her savior! And at the end of our lesson she said a prayer!! She´s NEVER done that with us (or with the Elders from what I know) so I feel like that was a huge success!!! She is giving the spiritual thought at the branch FHE tonight and she asked us to come along. I´m excited to hear her share a spiritual thought and I feel like that can help her testimony grow a LOT! We´re meeting with her afterwards and then we have another appoinmet set up with her on Friday where we want to watch the DVD of Joseph Smith´s life! That film helped me a lot when I was younger to feel the truthfulness of the restoration of the gospel and to see who Joseph was! That it isn´t simply something he "made up" which she says could be the case. Well for now I feel like she is progressing and we´re tackeling the obstacles one at a time! But I feel like she is working with us instead of against us! :)

We met with Marke again on Thursday and to our surprise 3 of her daughters were home! It was a big shock to us as we had no idea that they would all be home and we felt slightly unprepared for that surprise, but it went fairly well! We taught the Plan of Salvation and they all listened (they pretended to read and use the computer but when we asked questions they answered! The spirit was there and they seemed happy to hear about the potential to be an eternal family! :) We made an appointment to come back and do a FHE with them on Thursday evening this week! This time we´re prepared to meet more than just 2 people! :)

Tomorrow we´re meeting with Heimar (A man in his mid 20ś) th second time! We were supposed to meet with him on Thursday but he didn´t have time because of School. Something I really appreciate about him though is that he calls when he doesn´t have time and he suggests another time to meet instead! So I feel like he is pretty sincere! But so far we´ve only had one lesson with him! We invited him to be baptised. He was kind of shocked at the invitation and said that he wasn´t ready for that step today. We said "well we don´t you to be baptised today! Only to do so when you you come to know that what we´ve taught you is true!" He looked very relieved at that and said that if he came to know it was true then yes, he could get baptised!

Hope you have a great week!!
