Tere, tere!!

Ok so this week has been absolutely AMAZING! two new districts have come inot our zone and everyone is amazing! :) MTC is a great place! I love how much I get to learn and grow and how much my testimony is strengthened daily! Learning estonian is a very humbling thing, especially when I think of the fact that in less than a month I will be over there and attempting to speak to people in their langauge! :O

So ever since I left Sweden I've had a prayer in my heart that I would get the opportunity to meet Elder Per G Malm before i left the MTC and yesterday that prayer was answered! He and his beautiful wife came to speak at the Tuesday devotional here at the MTC!! They talked about the importance of everyone doing their part in missionary work, people around us are "drowning" and it is important that we do our part and help them! Just as we wouldn't want our friends, family and people around us to be hurt or die when we just stand and wach just as little do we want them to die or be hurt spiritually! We can be instruments in God's hands and help people around us but it is OUR choice, he will never make us! It is always our choice to be happy or sad, faithful or faithless, God has given us his gospel and he has given us his plan, but it is up to everyone of us to decide for ourselves what we do with it. BUT everytime we follow God and his commandments blessings and help follow!

After the meeting I went up to say "Hi" to Elder Malm. I thought how often does the opportunity come that you actually know the person who talks at the devotionals? especially if your from the foreign country of SWEDEN?! I headed towards the stand but the security guards stopped me and said I couldn't go up there! They said "if he knows you and sees you, and if he wants to talk to you, then he can come up and talk to you but Iwe're not allowed to let you come up to him.." I was a little disappointed because seriously, what are the chances of him seeing me among all of these 2000 missionaries?! (ok..I did stand on the first row, so that made the chances a little bit higher, but so was lots of very tall elders!) ..Just as I was about to give up and leave the building Elder Malm turned around and looked at me and recognition lit up his face and then he came over to say hi!

I KNOW God answers our prayers! It has happened so many times in so many different ways to me, but there is no way he doesn't do it! I am soooo greatful for this gospel and I am grateful for prayer! have a great week and remember to do your part in helping the people around you! ;)
