So latelly I've just been wanting to learn how to sew ..so yesterday I decided to go to a fabric-store and buy a nice pattern for a dress and some nice fabric. When I got there they were out of patterns but I decided to buy some fabric anyway... Today I just pulled out a dress that I have at home and tried to make a dress that looked kind of the same (but without having much sewing experience!) ..well even without a pattern or much experience the dress turned out to be wearable! The dress in the picture is the one I made! ;)

Excellent job! I love alterations and playing around with patterns more than the actual sewing part, though it does make me nervous when I'm making clothes for someone else :)
